HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
NEW CONSTRUCTION traditionally means
constructing a building from the ground up. This could
be constructing a building in a vacant space, building an
addition on an existing building or even tearing down an old
facility and building a new one.
Thumbs Up will organize meetings to review thoughts and ideas about the new project. We can also recommend an architect to create drawings which will have to be submitted for a permit. Once the permit is issued the project will begin.
Thumbs Up will have a full-time site superintendent that will coordinate with sub-contractors, building department officials, and the customer at all times. Customer interaction is highly recommended with the site superintendent as well as with the office project manager. The project will be heavily overseen from beginning to completion.
