Overview
Tenant Finish traditionally means an interior finish, usually
non-strtuctural, of an existing, unoccupied space. Also ... the
Art of installing a client's changes in an existing location. This can
mean a newly constructed location or a retail or departmental space
that another department, client or retailer has vacated.
"There is always a solution!"
Thumbs Up can also recommend an architect to create the drawings needed when a permit is required.
Once the permit is issued, the project begins, and this is when Thumbs Up will have a full- time site Superintendent to coordinate with sub-contractors, building department officials and the customer throughout the entire project.

When you work with Thumbs Up, customer interaction is highly recommended with the site Superintendent as well as the office project Manager. This means the project will be heavily overseen from start to finish, thus assuring each client his or her needs and expectations will be met.
